## Questions people ask

### How long is the minimum contract?

Social media management packages start on a six month initial contract. Twelve month contracts are also available.

### How long is a quotation valid?

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date we send them.

### Do prices include IVA?

Clients based in Spain pay IVA at 21 percent on top of the quoted price. All invoices are in euros.

### Can I change or cancel my package?

Give 30 days notice to change your package and 60 days notice to cancel, as set out in our terms of service.

### Do you only work with businesses on Ibiza?

No. We are based on the island of Ibiza and work with clients around the world.

### Can you organise a photoshoot for my brand?

Yes. Through our network of creatives we can book, organise and run a professional shoot for you and your brand.
